There are no hidden fees, no surprise billing, and no ambiguity. The pricing below is straightforward and applies to all clients regardless of what they're working on.
Bloom Within Counseling is a private pay practice. That means your care stays entirely between you and Melanie — no insurance company involved in your treatment decisions, no third-party access to your records, and no prior authorizations standing between you and the support you need. For many clients, it's also more affordable than expected.
Session Pricing
Session fees are outlined below. A nominal credit card processing fee is applied to all sessions and included in the total charge. All fees are due at the time of service.

Reduced-Fee Spots Available
Melanie offers a limited number of reduced-fee spots for clients who are working toward better mental health but are navigating financial constraints. These spots are offered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.
