Digital Reset (Middle School)

Middle Schoolers are often in the most volatile stage of digital social life. This group isn’t about “staying off phones” (which they hate), but about autonomy and brain hacking.
This group meets once a week for six weeks, starting in late August after school schedules are more steady.
